AUTHENTICITY AND GUARANTEE
At CXC, our jewelry is designed and manufactured in Spain with high quality materials, combining artisanal techniques with avant-garde design. We use vegetable-tanned cowhide, metals such as brass and other alloys coated with silver and gold plating. In addition, we use ceramics, Murano and Swarovski crystals to turn each piece into a true work of art.
Coverage of the Warranty
We offer a three-year warranty from the date of receipt of the order, which covers manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid only for CXC products purchased through authorized sales channels.
Exclusions of the Warranty
The guarantee does not cover the following:
- Natural wear and tear from use or aging (such as color changes or wear of leather, textiles or non-metallic straps and chains).
- Gradual loss of gold or silver plating due to factors such as sweat, skin PH or exposure to chemicals.
- Damage due to improper or excessive use (e.g. forcing the jewel).
- Carelessness, negligence, accidents or unauthorized repairs.
- Total or partial loss of the jewel.
Examples of natural deterioration that are not covered:
- Marks, scratches, and inevitable dents.
- Discoloration from exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools or hot tubs.
- Loss of bathroom color due to normal use.
- Rings damaged or deformed by practical activities, including loss of stones.
- Broken earring posts, fallen stones or clasps damaged by everyday use.
- Darkening and aging of the skin due to exposure to air or light. Stains on the skin from daily use.

Covered Manufacturing Defects
The warranty covers defects such as:
- Flaws in the structure of the jewel (e.g. porosity or defects in the metal).
- Uneven or defective settings when receiving the jewel.
- Breaks or scratches visible upon delivery.
- Assembly defects.
Procedure to Claim the Warranty
To make use of the guarantee, it is necessary to present the purchase receipt (order, ticket or invoice number). If you find a manufacturing defect, contact our After-Sales Service sending an email to atc@cxc.es with the following information:
- Full name.
- Order number.
- Product you wish to exchange or return.
- Clear photograph of the product showing the defect.
- Detailed description of the problem.
Our team will evaluate your case and offer you a solution as soon as possible.
