Delivery Delays
While CXC is committed to meeting delivery deadlines, delays may occur due to external circumstances such as absence at the delivery address, incorrect address information, restricted access to the delivery area, insufficient delivery time, force majeure, or local holidays. In such cases, the responsibility will fall on the customer and/or the courier company, and CXC will be exempt from liability.
