- We only ship to Spain - Peninsular Portugal Y Balearics (excluding the Canary Islands, the Portuguese Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
- No shipments are made outside of Spain and Portugal or international shipments on this website.
All orders will be sent in a maximum of between 24 and 48 hours (Business Days) to the address you provide us, from the moment the order is prepared.
- If for any reason the delivery of the order is delayed between 48-72 hours from the expected deadline, we will inform you of this incident. Always bearing in mind that deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Shipping times refer to working days. Remember that you must always have a minimum of 24 hours to prepare the order.
CXC will comply with the delivery deadlines, except for possible delays beyond the control of the company. They may be due to absences at home, that you have indicated an incorrect address, restricted access to the delivery area, lack of time for delivery, force majeure or local holidays. In these cases, the responsibility will be borne by the client and / or Correos and not by CXC.
In the event that your package is returned by the courier company either due to an incomplete address, inability to locate you at home or not having been able to contact you by phone for delivery, the costs involved in the forwarding are borne by the customer.
- If you want to make a change in the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, it will not be possible to make any change of address.
Our orders to Spain are delivered through the company Correos. You will receive in the email confirming your order, a direct link to track the package on the Correos page.
- For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the delivery has occurred or that the products have been delivered at the time of signing the receipt of the same at the agreed delivery address.
