- We only ship to Spain - Peninsular Portugal and Balearic Islands (excluding Canary Islands, Islands of Portugal, Ceuta and Melilla).
- No shipments are made outside of Spain and Portugal or international shipments on this website.

All orders will be sent within a maximum of between 24 and 48 hours (Working Days) to the address you provide us, from the moment the order is prepared.
- If for any reason the delivery of the order is delayed between 48-72 hours from the expected deadline, we will inform you of this incident. Always keeping in mind that deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Shipping times refer to business days. Remember that you must always allow a minimum of 24 hours for the preparation of the order.

CXC will comply with delivery times, except for possible delays beyond the company's control. They may be due to absences at home, you having indicated an incorrect address, restricted access to the delivery area, lack of time for delivery, force majeure or local holidays. In these cases, the responsibility will be borne by the client and/or Correos and not by CXC.

In the event that your package is returned by the courier company either due to incomplete address, inability to locate it at home or not having been able to contact you by telephone for delivery, the costs involved in reshipping are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you want to make a change to the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, it will not be possible to make any address changes.

Our orders to Spain are delivered through the Correos company. You will receive in the confirmation email of your order, a direct link to track the package on the Correos page.
- For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that delivery has occurred or that the products have been delivered at the time of signing for receipt of the same at the agreed delivery address.
