Delivery delays
Although CXC is committed to meeting delivery deadlines, delays may occur due to external situations, such as absences at the residence, incorrect addresses, restricted access to the delivery area, lack of time for delivery, force majeure causes, or local holidays. In such cases, the responsibility will fall on the customer and/or the transport company, leaving CXC exempt from liability.
