ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

 

How do I order online?

 

You just have to choose your jewel, add it to the shopping cart by clicking "Add to cart". Once you have finished browsing our store, and choose all your CXC jewelry, you must go to the basket icon (top right) and you have the option to pay directly or see in detail the items you want to buy.

Once in the payment process, you only have to fill in your information and choose the payment method.

After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be sent in a maximum of between 24 and 48 working hours to the address you provide us.

If there is any difficulty in placing your order or navigating through our website, contact us at atc@cxc.es.

 

How can I use a discount code?

 

It's simple, you just have to write the code on the payment screen that appears after having accepted the terms in the shopping cart. To check that you are using the discount code, you must go to the payment process and you will be able to see how the total amount of your order is reduced, click on "Show order summary" when you are with your mobile or, on a computer you will be able to see it on the right of your screen. 

If you want to pay with PAYPAL you must accept the terms in the basket and click on "Buy", filling in all the data and including the code in its section. In the following screens you will have the option to pay either with a CARD or with PAYPAL.

 

I could not buy due to an error, what do I do?

 

If there is any difficulty in placing your order or navigating through our website, try:

  • If it is through PayPal, check that the password has been entered correctly.
  • Check that you have entered your card details correctly.
  • Use another card.
  • Use an alternative payment method to the one that is causing the problem.
  • Close the browser and try again.
  • Delete cookies or clear your browser's cache and try again.

If the problem persists, don't worry, contact us at atc@cxc.es and we will try to fix it as soon as possible.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card to make a payment on our website?

 

Of course! We understand that the security of your personal information is extremely important to you. For this reason, we use an SSl security certificate to protect your personal data and your credit card information from possible fraudulent use.

 

What payment methods are accepted?

 

  • Debit or Credit Card: the debit or credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as other international cards.
  • PayPal: It is an international payment operator that you can use as long as you have or create your own account.

 

Is it necessary to register to buy?

 

No. To buy in our online store it is not mandatory to register on the web, you can do it as a guest. It is necessary to provide the data required by current legislation: name, surname and a postal address. To facilitate the purchase process, CXC requests an email address and a contact telephone number, in this way, we can notify you when the order is ready to be delivered.

 

How do I know if I have made my purchase correctly?

 

We always send an email to confirm that the purchase has been made correctly and then a second email to inform about the shipment of the order and the tracking number or link. Therefore, once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive these communications, please contact our Online Customer Service: atc@cxc.es.

 

Can I modify my order once the purchase has been made?

 

It will depend on the moment in which your order is found but we will not be able to assure you of the change once the order has been sent, for this we need you to contact us via email atc@cxc.es or through our Contact Form.

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

Yes. You can cancel your order, as long as its status allows it and as indicated in section 12 of Terms and Conditions. To do this, send us an email to atc@cxc.es and we will inform you about the possibility of cancellation. An order cannot be canceled if it has been shipped.

 

I don't know which model to choose, can you help me?

 

Our customer service team will advise and advise you on our jewelry whenever you need it. You can ask for advice or resolve your doubts by contacting us through atc@cxc.es or through our social networks, we will be happy to answer you as soon as possible.

Are there physical CXC stores?

 

You can currently find us in our only official CXC store:

Can I find CXC jewelry in my city?

 

You can buy our jewelry in the main Spanish cities and in other countries. In section Stores We provide you with a list of jewelers, stores and cities where you can find us. Keep in mind that many of the articles on the web are not available in physical stores, since many of them have limited stock.

 

I want to sell CXC jewelry in my store, what do I have to do?

 

Your clothing store, jewelry store, etc ... can be part of our points of sale. If you want to be a distributor of our products, please fill in our Contact Form, describing in detail the CXC-Wholesale Store option for the proposal to be studied by our commercial team. We will give you an answer as soon as possible.

How do I know my size?

Are items that appear as "out of stock" or "out of stock" restocked?

 

Don't worry, if an item is not available, it will appear as "out of stock" and we will try to restock it as soon as possible.

 

Will the jewel I buy be the same as the one I see in the photo?

 

The photographs that appear on the Web faithfully respond to the products, made in high quality with the aim of reflecting each jewel with maximum detail.

On the other hand, there may be differences in colors and details depending on the monitor from which you are viewing our website.

 

How should CXC jewelry be cared for?

 

We give you some tips in our section Take care of your jewel so that your product is preserved as the first day.

 

Do our products have a guarantee?

 

All our products contained in the Online Store are original from "De Aqui en Adelante SL" and have a 24-month warranty, please consult our section on Authenticity and Guarantee.

We always use noble metals, seeking excellence in each of our jewelry.

We carry out 3 quality controls: 

  1. We carry out a first control from the factory. If the jewel does not exceed it, it will be manufactured again.
  2. When we receive the order, we check in a second control in the office that the finish of the jewel is perfect.
  3. Finally, we prepare the jewel for shipment and make sure it is perfect when you open the box.

It will be understood that the products are in accordance with what is exposed on the web as long as they meet the following requirements:

  • They conform to the description made by "From Here Onwards SL " and possess the qualities of the product that "From Here Onwards SL " has presented to the User in the form of a sample or model.
  • They are suitable for the uses that are ordinarily destined for products of the same type.
  • Present the usual quality and benefits of a product of the same type that the User can expect, taking into account the nature of the product.

"From Here Forward SL" is not responsible for damage to products that may result from misuse of them, such as forcing the jewel (More information at Take care of your jewel), as well as acts or omissions of the User that do not conform to the specifications of each product or damages caused by third parties that are not linked to "From Here Onwards SL ".

Who delivers my order?

 

Currently we only ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) through the courier company Correos. You will receive in the e-mail confirming your order and later a direct link to track the package on the Correos page when we have sent your items.

No shipments outside of Spain or international shipments are made on this website.

 

Can there be delays in my order?

 

CXC will comply with the delivery deadlines, except for possible delays outside the company. They may be due to absences at home, that you have indicated an incorrect address, restricted access to the delivery area, lack of time for delivery, force majeure or local holidays. In these cases, the responsibility will be borne by the client and / or Correos and not by CXC.

 

Can the order be sent to someone else?

 

The delivery address for online purchases can be anyone. For example, if desired, the customer can send the order as a gift to another person indicating it in the purchase process.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

How do I contact customer service?

Please wait for our response and avoid creating new requests for the same service, as this could slow down our response and therefore the resolution of your question.

 

What do I have to do if my order is returned by the courier?

Is it possible to make changes?

 

If it is not the product you expected, you can exchange it for another of equal or higher value, as long as it is communicated within the term specified in this text. To do this, contact customer service at atc@cxc.es within 24 hours after receipt of your order.

 

What are the cases to change a product?

 

In the event that a change is made, the products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and without any sign that they have been used. The reasons why you can change a product are:

1. It is not my size and I would like to change it

2. The order has arrived in bad condition

CXC reserves the right to refuse returns of items used or in poor condition and without the original packaging.

 

What steps must I take?

 

1. Write us an email at atc@cxc.es or via our Contact Form indicating us:

c. Product to change

d. Reason for change

2. In the next few days you will receive the approval of your change and the instructions to send the product to our warehouse. In these cases, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

3. Once we receive your product in our offices, we will send the product for which you have decided to exchange it. 

CXC will not be responsible for any loss that the package may have suffered during shipping, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that said package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.

 

How long do I have to make a change?

 

The period to make a change is 14 calendar days after receiving the order shipping confirmation email. Remember that it is essential that the products subject to change are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no change can be made.

 

What is the cost of making a change?

 

In case the reason for the change is justified, as mentioned above, the expenses associated with the changes will always be borne by the buyer. The cost of the change will depend on the courier company used for it and must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal before carrying out the change.

If you want to change a product for a different one of a different amount, the difference will be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. In no case may items be exchanged for others of lesser value.

 

How do I send the item I want to exchange?

 

It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that items arrive at CXC in perfect condition. We advise that you choose a shipping method that guarantees the integrity of the package. CXC will not be responsible for the exchange of the article until it reaches us again. The item must be sent with its original packaging. Remember that shipping costs are borne by the buyer except in cases of changes due to poor condition of the product or our mistake.

 

What if by mistake I receive an item different from the one I ordered?

 

If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered, contact us by sending an email to atc@cxc.es and we will tell you what steps you have to follow. We will send the correct one as soon as possible, at no additional cost.

 

Can items purchased online in the physical stores of CXC or at other points of sale be exchanged or returned?

 

NO, in no case. You must contact our e-mail "Customer Service" on the website (atc@cxc.es) or through Contact Form.

 

Can I return my order and receive a refund?

 

According to the regulations, CXC NO accepts product returns except in the case in which the order has been received in poor condition.

If you have received your order in poor condition, please contact us immediately.

If you don't like the product, don't worry, you can exchange it for another model within 14 days of the same or higher value.

 

What do I do if I have received an item in poor condition?

 

CXC sells items in perfect condition and reviews the products before they are shipped, so if, exceptionally, you receive a defective item, please contact us by sending an email to atc@cxc.es and we will resolve your situation as soon as possible. You must attach a photograph and the reason, showing the product in question and proof of purchase.

In these cases, CXC may:

Send the Customer a new item in perfect condition, if available. We will collect the defective product and deliver the new one, at no cost to the Customer.

Offer the Client, without increasing the price, a product with characteristics and specifications similar to the one initially requested, as long as these are in accordance with the Client's needs and the item to be returned is not available.

Offer the Client to cancel the requested Order by refunding the amount paid for it, as long as the item to be returned is not available.

 

How will I receive the amount of refund?

 

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made your purchase, through a refund processed by PayPal or a refund on your credit card. We cannot determine the duration of the refund due to the different ways of working that the different payment platforms have, but we promise that it will be the shortest waiting time.
