RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 14 calendar days to request an exchange or return from the date of receipt of the order. 


Before you proceed, please note the following: it is essential that the products to be returned are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use. In addition, they must include their security seals. We will not accept returns that show signs of tampering.

Steps to follow:

  1. Write to us an email to atc@cxc.es or use our Contact Form, indicating:

    • Name

    • Order number

    • Product to exchange or return

    • Reason for change or return

  2. You will receive in the coming days approval of your request and instructions for shipping the product to our warehouse.

  3. Send the product to our facilities. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of manufacturing defect. CXC is not responsible for losses during shipping, so it is important to ensure that the package arrives in perfect condition. We recommend you use the original box in which you received your order. If items are received damaged, we will not be able to process the return.

  4. Once we receive your product, We will proceed with the exchange or return. 

    • In case of a change, we will send you the new selected product.

    • In the event of a return, we will process your refund through the same payment method you used to place the order. We will send you a notification by mail, and the process will take a maximum of two to three days.

What should I do if I receive an item different from the one I ordered?

If you receive an item you did not order in error, please contact us by sending an email to atc@cxc.es We will tell you the steps to follow and send the correct product as soon as possible, at no additional cost.

 

Can items purchased online be exchanged or returned at CXC physical stores or at other points of sale? 

Yes, you can exchange or return your items in our official CXC stores (except El Corte Inglés sales outlets). Check your nearest official store here .

 

What to do if you receive a defective item?

Please review our Warranty policy and contact us by sending an email to atc@cxc.es and we will resolve your situation as soon as possible. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product you wish to exchange or return
  • Product photography. It is important that the photograph clearly shows the condition of the product and the defect.
